…forcement rules or clause validation → added agents.md with RICE enforcement rules, skills.md with skill definitions for retrieve_policy and summarize_policy, app.py with clause inventory validation (all 10 core clauses required) and complete multi-condition preservation (e.g., clause 5.2 requires BOTH approvers)
